3DCrowd.org.uk - Evolving Needs Met

3D Crowd CIC is a non-profit organisation, that was formed in double-quick time in March 2020, (Covid-19 crisis).
It's purpose then  - to make PPE / Face Shields for NHS Staff and Frontline Key Workers.  The extremely fast to react, mainly home-based 3D printing community of 8000 volunteers, signed up in a little over a week and produced/distributed 100's of thousands of Visors (FOR FREE).

THIS WAS OUR MISSION THEN BUT WE ARE CONTINUALLY EVOLVING..........

We are now ready for the second wave of Covid-19  and more importantly we have set a FUTURE INITIATIVE around three main activities: -

COMMUNITY  /  EDUCATION   /   3D PRINT MAKING

3D Crowd ( All volunteers )  want to continue in this journey and therefore ask to be supported in this mission. 

OUR CURRENT PROJECTS INCLUDE: -

Project TETRA -            making Ventilator Splitters
Enable -                              prosthetics and aids
Bio Fuel Containers - taking plastic bottle waste and turning it into useable fuel
Disaster Relief -            working with relief organisations - shelters, water purification etc
