Nurse Foster/Adopts 7 KIDS!

Geoff and Shauna adopted 5 kids!!! From FOSTER CARE. YES 5! Now they are ADDING 2 MORE CHILDREN in need (through foster care again) They have been called upon again to help kids in need. They are exceptional individuals who rarely ask for help, but they need it now. One of the children has a serious heart condition that requires frequent visits to the hospital and doctors appointments. They are in dire need of a passenger van that will fit them all. Shauna is a Neonatal Nurse that works to support THE ENTIRE FAMILY and Geoff is an AMAZING stay at home Dad (necessary due to some of the kid's special needs). They are the most kind and gracious people we've ever met! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
