Help me get my mobility back!

My name is Mike and I suffer from chronic illnesses. To list a few I have Type 1 Diabetes, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTs), Ehler Danlos syndrome EDS, severe PTSD with clinical Anxiety and depression. Due to complications from these few listed I also suffer with neuropathy in my extremities. 

These issues all combined have resulted in a need for a customized wheelchair, to give me my freedom of mobility again. I do have insurance but I have a rather large out of pocket deductible I have to meet in order to get coverage of the wheelchair. This process has been going on for over 4 years of testing physical therapy to get the required documentation for insurance to cover the need. 

I have been out of work for 3 1/2 years while working on getting answers. With the impact from covid my wife has had to change careers to help facilitate a healthy living conditions for my immunosuppressed immune system. This change has the potential of being great for us but at this time it hardly covers my medicine and medical needs. The money requested will help tremendously. I know everyone is struggling financially during this pandemic so anything would be so appreciated. 

I have been essentially bed ridden for the last year and a half and the prospect of getting the wheelchair and being mobile and self reliant is a positive out of everything, but until I am able to cover the deductible and out of pocket it is just being dangled infront of me just out of reach.
