Help support for a new food truck

My name is Darren Anthony Lamboy and l am the Chef and owner of Boriqua Kitchen, a Puerto Rican mobile food truck in the Bay Area of California. This is my 6th year in operation, and I could not be more grateful for all of the love and support I have received from my family, friends, and the most loyal customers who have followed along every step of my journey. After a lot of thought and consideration, I have decided to create this gofundme to raise funds because the time has come for me to start looking into a newly updated food truck rather than a food trailer. We are the second owner since it was built in 2010 and we took over in 2017. I would love to be able to travel to more places, serving my food to communities all over the Bay Area, and feel that a new food truck would help get me to these places. I have heard so many of you ask me to come to your hometowns, and with a new food truck, I would love to make that happen. After hearing so many amazing and beautiful stories of how my food has brought back fond memories for so many of my loyal customers and my Boriquas, (native of Puerto Rico or of Puerto Rican descent), I want to continue providing that nostalgia through my food and with the ability to travel around the Bay Area and beyond to your communities.
