Help Sascha with Cancer Treatment

So my friend Sascha, if you don't know her personally, is that 31 year old, super hot, petite blonde all over my Instagram page. Sascha's a Ph.D. Candidate in American History, and a writer who covers LGBT and women's issues. Four weeks ago Sascha was in Boston interviewing Anita Hill, because Sascha is aweosme.
Two weeks ago, Sascha discovered two large tumors (3.6 cm) in her left breast and went to see her doctor. A week later Sascha texted with the first bit of news from that visit: the tumors were most likely breast cancer. Three days ago, more daunting results as to the extent of Sascha's condition came out: her diagnosis is Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, High Grade (Aggressive), and Stage III (the cancer has spread to the lymph nodes). The duration of her treatment (chemo, surgery, radiation, and hormone therapy) is set to span over an entire year.
Sascha needs help, and time is suddenly very much of the essence. Sascha has student health insurance, BUT it doesn't fully cover the following: MRIs, costly medication co-pays, ER visits, ambulance bills, out-of-network specialists, or complimentary/alternative medicines like acupuncture that can help with easing some of the more daunting side effects that such extensive treatment entails. She will also be unable to work, write, or complete the last legs of her dissertation for at least six months, likely longer.
Help right now is essential to Sascha's wellbeing over the extent of her prolonged treatment plan, and her healthy recovery. I'm asking that you help my pal Sascha because I need her to get through this and be able to move forward with life so I can continue to learn and be supported by such a dynamically talented, kind hearted and devoted friend myself. Sascha is a treasure trove and she is 31 years old, she has so much to give, and has already touched the lives of so many of us who have had the luck to have met her already - I need you to help with this because Sascha needs help and this is so important.
