WE WANT TO INCLUDE VETERINARY SERVICES THAT HELP TO PAY FOR THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE. THIS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE UNDERTAKING, REQUIRING MANY VOLUNTEERS, &amp; MEETING THE LEGAL STANDARDS FOR ANIMAL WELFARE IN NYS AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
