Funeral and Medical Expenses

Dennis and Michelle Polley suffered a great loss in their family at 12:55 a.m. on Monday, August 21 when their teenage son, Mario Polley, passed away at Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.  Mario had been in I.C.U. since Wednesday, August 16.  Co-workers and friends of Dennis Polley ask that you join with us in showing our support by raising money to help offset the extensive medical and funeral expenses of the Polley Family.
