Grandfather's Funeral Services

Donation protected
In a few days, I will be seeing my grandfather for the last time until we meet again in Heaven. He had been in the hospital for a few months now battling pneumonia and other complications. Although we all know that we are born to pass one day, death is never an easy part of life. My grandfather was one of the strongest and most hard working men I have ever known. He along with my other grandparents paved the way for myself and the rest of my family here in California. He was a man that only knew work and family. When I was one year old, he suffered from a stroke and had to learn to speak all over again. Unfortunately, he had paralysis to one side of his body that he never regained, but even that did not bring him down. Knowing he would never be able to walk again, run again, feed himself, dress himself or work again, this did not rid him of his will to live. He taught me to never give up and to appreciate the little things in life. For 28 years he lived this way with the help of my grandmother and his sons who took care of him until the very end. He will forever remain in our hearts until we meet again. I am not the type of person to ask for money, but as you may know, funeral services are no joke and cost a pretty penny. My family has most of the money needed for his services, but shy of about $3,000. If you feel it in your heart to contribute to this fund, we would be forever grateful. Any little bit helps! Thank you for taking the time to read my grandfathers story.
