Hello, everyone!

I never thought I’d be in a position to start a fundraiser, but I am in great need from my community at this time.

June 15, 2024 was arguably a significant turning point in my life. Those of you following my story from that time remember that my mom fell and broke a bunch of bones. I had been building up my career at that time, again, when this happened, and I dropped everything to help her and my dad through it all, even moving in with them to support their medical needs. The year that followed was one of the hardest I’ve endured in my life: not only was it difficult to help shepherd my folks into their new phase of life by assisting with their health issues, but also to clear out their house, help them move, and help them sell their house. Little did I realize during that year, my marriage was crumbling. I wasn’t expecting that to blow up too, but here we are.

Since returning home, I had surgery, my oldest graduated from high school, and started college. I got a new job working for USPS, but it only just started, and I am starting all the way OVER in my career. I haven’t had a job that pays a salary in over a year and a half. I have put my freelance photography career to bed as well, considering how much the economic landscape has changed so drastically.

I need help with resources because I want to buy him out of the house, I might need money for whatever shifts need to happen in our household, and I will definitely need money for however this divorce process shakes out and the consequences that brings. I have no idea how much or what kind of expenses there will be in the coming months. Any amount you can chip in, I am grateful for. Thank you for supporting me in my time of need.
