Diamond/Alexander Family Support

As you may or may not know, our family has taken a difficult blow recently: my mother lost both her mom, Lilla (Davis) Diamond, and brother, Lee Everett Diamond, within the span of 48 hours. As you can imagine, this has been very tough to deal with on its own, but now there is also the added stress of handling funeral costs and other expenses to settle the estate- not to mention the work involved in getting everything taken care of. After the use of available insurance, an additional $4,300 is needed to cover those expenses.
Many have already expressed condolences and offered to help. In lieu of flowers and cards, I believe it would be most helpful at this time to have assistance with these costs, to alleviate some of the stress that is currently accompanying the pain and grief. Any amount of support that you can give is greatly appreciated. We also welcome your prayers as we get through this time- they are appreciated and felt.

I also sent a video for my grandmother to watch while she was in hospice, since I was not able to be with her at the time. I did not know that within a few days she would be gone.. This is one of the last things she saw, and I'm grateful she was able to see it. It was intended only for her initially, but I figured I would share it here as well.
