For whom the fire stole everything

June 11th, 2013 in Black Forest, CO our family home of 27 years was burnt to the ground in a wild fire. Mom, Dad, sister, brother, sister were living there. We (older siblings) have started this page to help raise some funds to try and replace a few very special items for our family who is left with nothing. Thank you for stopping by. Prayers are welcome beyond all else, thanks for your support!

$500 is our first goal to get the most precious items, anything over $500 up to $2500 will go towards Diana so she can work on getting back on her feet. Anything over $2500 and under $4000 will go to the Stepps so they can work on getting their feet back on the ground. Anything over $4000 will be split between Diana, Stepps and others who lost their homes in the Black Forest Fire.

Diana's story: ALL of Diana's possessions were being stored at our parents house as she was in between apartments. She was to move into her new one on the 12th- the fire happened on the 11th... All she has now is her Bible, her car and the clothes she was wearing that day. She does still have her job but it does not allow for any extra spending at this time (with rent, car, insurance, etc.).

The Stepps story: Our aunt, uncle and 3 cousins were living in the basement apartment at our grandparents house (total loss to the fire as well). They lost everything and as you can imagine, replacing even just clothing and toiletries for a family of 5 can be quite costly. They would be very blessed for any help!
