As you know Hurricane Harvey was a historic storm event. In many Houston locations, flooding exceeded 500 to even 1000 year flood levels (0.2% to 0.1% chance of occurrence).
The bulk of our Houston portfolio weathered the storm fine and we're very fortunate.
Unfortunately, five of our extended team with Capstone Management that work at or on 37th Parallel assets had their homes completely flooded.
To help them bridge the gap between FEMA assistance and insurance, we have created this go fund me page to help them out.
We're targeting $3,000 per staff member ($15,000 total).
We have already received several emails from investors asking how they can help. This is just one way.
