Appendicitis surgery w/o insurance

                              My name is Nikhil Badha iam currently living in Fremont ,CA . i came from  a middle class family iam an international student persuing my masters. the reason for my funds was i recently gone through an appendectomy surgery on 03/10/2018 in emergency care in fremont washington hospital which cost me $57411. the bad part was i dont even have health insurance at the time of surgery. this became a very big issue for me now  as i dont even have any job iam unable to bear those  expenses. please help me out with this situation.
                                                     currently the bill stands $57411 i put a request for hospital management to try and reduce the cost .however it is not guaranteed .any help would be greatly appreciated and it would reduce the financial pressure placed upon me .thanks to every kind soul that can help my case.
