Support for Jenny

Jenny is as strong as it comes, but in this case she needs us to be stronger. Many of you know she had a severe stroke last week that put her in the hospital, unknowing at the moment if she would be able to talk or use her right arm. The doctors did a lumbar puncture to see with this particular stroke, if it was some infection, or bacterial virus that caused it. Although most of the tests have come back negative, they are still leaning towards CNS Vasculitis. With this, she will have to be on high doses of steroids to get the blood vessels  under control to prevent another stroke. They are in the process of consulting a rheumatologist to see if they might possibly have insight on what is causing it and the direction to go from here. It is a miracle nonetheless that she has regained her mobility in that arm and is speaking clearly with some memory loss.  She doesn’t need to worry about expenses during the time she is trying to recover and heal. Given the circumstances, as she is still in the hospital, Hunter and his family has had to take many days off work to make sure the kids are taken care and someone is at the hospital with her! This isn’t something we would normally do, but under the circumstances of the holidays, and her being so far away. Our family is having to travel back and forth to care for her or the children so that hunters family can go back to work. With having many days off work and only one income in the home, they are facing a few financial difficulties. If anyone could make a donation to help ensure their bills are paid and she can have the care she needs when she comes home it would be greatly appreciated!
