Help Us Bring Maui Home

Donation protected

KQ2 News 2/24/20 for Maui’s story on our local news station.

It might seem a little strange to the non-dog people out there that we would make a website for our missing dog. But the truth is, Maui has been missing since 2/16/20, 30 days as of writing this, and we believe he is with someone. His scent ended in an industrial area with heavy semi-traffic and employees coming and going. He could have been moved somewhere in a neighboring town or he could be states away. The person he may be with likely does not know we are looking for him. We have had several people call our tip line asking to donate money toward his reward, to make it harder for a person to turn down if they have him and have come to really like him, not wanting to return him.

For this very reason, and to help spread his face and our plea far and wide, we are opening a Go Fund Me page today, where you can simply share it across the Midwest or further, or add a few dollars to his reward amount.

If he is not found, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the St. Joseph Friends of the Animal Shelter, and 50% will be donated to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (because losing a child would be an exponentially worse nightmare and we have learned an ounce of what such parents might feel experiencing such a horror). We want to reach far and wide and get the message out that we are broken without our incredibly patient, loving, kind, perfect puppy home.
