<div>Richard is affectionately known as Doc, or "Doctor 510" by those in the Datsun classic car community for his encyclopedic knowledge of the 4 cylinder Datsun motors. Doc was always ready to help diagnose problems and lend advice.

<div>Richard landed in the hospital with an infected hand after a scrap with his cat. He needed to get a skin graft, and went to a rehab facility for daily wound care. Unfortunately he has continued to decline.

<div>His family needs some help covering the costs of care until they can get his house sold. Funds are to be used as a bridge cover shortfall of costs and expenses in the short term.
</div>

<div>Granddaughter Ashlee has been tending to his affairs and will be the recipient of the funds.
