Joe Biden - Wrongful Death Lawsuit

My name is Dana. I am the father of the beautiful young woman in the cover photo. Her name is Carson Brooke Severinsen. My Baby Girl.

On Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd, 2023, she died from a FENTANYL overdose. She had spent three months with me and was clean, happy, and hopeful. She was also pregnant. Against my wishes she returned home to Alabama to begin a new chapter in her life and to help people she cared about; break free from the hell she had escaped. One of those people she cared about and was trying to help quickly pulled her back down and she died five days after leaving my home. I had a short three months where I got to meet my daughter again. She was someone I had not seen her be in several years. Someone who was happy, giggly, and funny. I had forgotten how much joy she radiated before she started an almost decade long and very tragic fall.

I understand that ultimately my daughter made the choice to do drugs again and she paid the heaviest of prices for that mistake. But not only was she coerced by people she knew personally, she was killed by the complete and utter failure of her government. A government lead by Joe Biden. I intend to file a Wrongful Death Lawsuit against Joe Biden, the entire body of the U.S. Congress and U.S. Senate, and Alejandro Mayorkas and the Department of Homeland Security for not only willfully violating already established laws, but also willfully enacting policies that have exasperated the drug problem in the United States of America and pushed the number of overdoses into the stratosphere.

My daughter has become one of the many, many souls that will fall to this plague this year and my unborn grandchild was taken with her. As soon as I do this I will be attacked, lied about and my character maligned. I am not claiming I am morally superior, nor am I even close to perfect. I have made a lot of mistakes in my life. I obviously failed as a father as you may have already surmised. Had I fought her harder about returning to Alabama my baby girl would still be here with me instead of drowning in a bathtub while overdosing on fentanyl laced drugs.

There is almost no one in this country who does not have a similar story to tell of a daughter or son, a husband or wife, a mother or father, a friend or relative, a co-worker or neighbor who has either died from or has had their lives destroyed by drugs. It must stop! I may not stop it on my own, but I am going to draw as much attention to this plague as possible and fight to hold the ones responsible whose actions are destroying this country from within.
