Medical Bills for Tyler McKenzie

Donation protected
Sherri, furthest left in the picture, is a single mom of three children. In late May 2013, one of her sons, Tyler, pictured right, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma after noticing some swelling in his neck. After further diagnosis, doctors determined that the disease had spread to many of his major organs. It was decided that chemotherapy was necessary to prevent the spread of the disease, and so began an arduous healing process. Treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma has a relatively high success rate, so the concern has turned to medical bills.
Tyler is a mechanic at an auto shop in North Austin, which requires a heavy workload. Once his treatment begins, Tyler will only be able to do light work around the shop, which will greatly stipend his income. Sherri makes enough to support her family and live a modest life. His brother, Weldon, pictured top middle, is a college student at Texas State University, which is very costly. All of these factors add up to create an issue as to how Tyler's treatment process will be paid for.
All funds donated will be put towards Tyler's swift recovery, which include medical bills due to a high deductible, medicine and living expenses. Any additional funding will go towards Tyler's college education, which he plans to attend once he's well.
