I need HELP opening my studio!!!!

Well...I'm at it again!!! When I get an inspiration I have to run with it! So far, I've been pretty successful. This time, I'm asking for help from my friends and family. Little (and big) dancers are all around me and they have no place to go. I live in a mostly rural area (combined population of my county and the adjacent one is approx. 155,000) where many of the residents are hard working people who don't have a lot of extra money. Their children would love to take dance lessons but the average dance class tuition is financially out of reach. Oh yeah,there is no real public transportation so everyone has to drive.
I want to provide AFFORDABLE dance lessons in a convenient location and I've found an ideal place. Trouble is....I don't have a lot of money. I do have years of experience as a teacher, dancer, rehearsal director and coach and a crazy rapport with kids! I plan to keep my rates much lower than my competition to attract existing students and offer reduced rates for families who access social services to get new students (NOBODY offers that).
I'll use the money to put in a good floor -gotta protect the babies' knees- one wall of mirrors, and some barres and pay several months up front to cover things as enrollment builds. I'll teach the classes myself until it gets ridiculous ! I'd like to be able to offer dancewear to my families at wholesale prices also.There are no dance apparel stores nearby and only 30% of the homes of children at my daughter's school have internet access. The suites next door have already been leased to a martial arts school - more foot traffic for us! And there is a large supermarket, and several restaurants in the shopping center which is 1/2 mile from I-95.
If I can raise enough money to sign a lease by the end of July, we can open for classes by mid September.
I've formed a company - The Courthouse School of Ballet LLC , and all funds will be deposited into the company bank account.
So many more children will be able to benefit from dance lessons if I can break down these barriers of cost and distance. Help me?!
