360+Miles for Lynda's Kause

Donation protected
"No one should ever be told they cannot be cured." The motto from Lynda King an amazing women who founded Lynda's Kause. Lynda found out two months after being diagnosed with breast cancer that it had metastasized to her liver and she could not be cured. Within two months Lynda's cancer had went from stage I to stage IV metastatic cancer; only 2% of money raised for breast cancer going towards research on metastatic cancer. Lynda vowed to "make a change." In her final year she made that change and launched Lynda's Kause Inc. to help raise money to fund metastatic cancer research and patient support. Lynda fought for an inspiring eight years, such a strong women, sadly her flight end on July 5, 2014. To honor Lynda and her dream of "making a change," a group of three friends will be doing a trip across the width of New York on the Erie Canal Bike Path, and all money raised will be donated directly to Lynda's Kause. This trip will be approximately 360 miles on bike from Buffalo to Albany, New York. Along the way we will be working on social media and maybe even people we meet to spread the word on why we wanted to do this trip and about awareness and research of metastatic cancer. Money raised will be presented to the Kause during their annual Pink Tie Gala, on June 2, 2018.
