Andre's surgery/hospital expenses

Hello!

Most of you know Andre and his history with his leg, cancer and replacement surgeries.  This past weekend we were all up in the mountains and Andre's titanium joint and pin mechanism came apart on our way down the mountain.  It has been ten years since his last revision surgery and he now has to travel back to California for an immediate surgery to repair his knee.  Please help us raise money to help cover his expenses and time away from work!
