Explain who you are:

Born Anna Louise Beaudin, Ottawa-Hull, Ontario Canada. French Canadian and African (Nigeria) birth roots, adopted at 8 months old and given the name Marianne Louise Turner.

..Profoundly and deliberately creating.. connecting to the soul and it’s purpose.. it’s community.. with desire for knowledge and transformation... understanding and transcending the destructive aspects of the false self or ego mind .. so that she might finally accept and surrender to the Eternal self and the responsibility to the soul.. shifting and expanding toward the highest and most ecstatic version of herself. 


Explain why you’re fundraising:

Someone told me to. Gratefully-  To support live music, to replace or buy new gear for outdoor performance- microphone + cable + stand, DI guitar 1/4 cable, venue/vendor fee, record tracks, mix, master, edit, Eco production, digital downloads. 

I’m fundraising because I want to be a light that shines the gift she was given rather than hide it, deny it or avoid it. My resistance to it has made a long mess of things since I turned down my 7th grade music teachers persistence to have me join the band. I really wanted to but my dear friend who also auditioned asked me to promise that I wouldn’t join if I was accepted and she wasn’t.  Monsieur pressed many times but I didn’t want to lose my friend. Eventually he gave up, and one year later I lost my best friend anyway to teenage insecurities and stupid things like school dances and boys.”

Fundraising also shines the light on WOW - Within Our World, the small but mighty grassroots and charitable organization that aims to make pathways to education, vocation and business development possible.
