Do you believe in angels? Well we most definitely do! We would love for you to be part of our family and be one of "Noa's Angels"! This fundraiser is dedicated to helping our son Noa William Uiagalelei defeat autism.
Our beautiful son was born on June 6, 2006 at 6:42 a.m. at Pomona Valley Hospital. It was the best day of our lives. Then on Wednesday April 1, 2009 our hopes and dreams for our son were altered. This was the day that Noa was diagnosed with autism.
Our journey has consisted of so many things. After countless hours of research, talking with so many other families, and working with therapists and teachers our next step is to work with a DAN! doctor, which is a doctor that specializes in autism. They address any co-morbid diseases and ultimately decrease the symptoms of autism. We have worked so hard for seven years to implement a strict special diet, behavioral therapies and meet his sensory needs that it would be heartbreaking to not be able to take this next vital step on his road to recovery. Unfortunately insurance companies do not cover DAN! doctor office visits, any lab work requested or any treatments recommended. This is why we are asking for your help.
All of the donations will go DIRECTLY to pay for Noa's DAN! doctor visits. We have found one nearby that was highly recommended:

We have so many dreams for our son Noa. The one we are anticipating the most is for him to say "I love you" on his own, just because he wants to. We would give ANYTHING for that! We thank you for all of the love and support and we truly wish for you to become one of "Noa's Angels"!
