Hi, my name is Ashton Goodman. I am a transgender man seeking support for top surgery. From a young age, I've always known I faced the unfortunate fact that I was simply born into the wrong skin. Over the course of my life, I have faced many obstacles with self-image, fitting in, and most importantly, mental health. As I grow into a strong man mentally, my physicalities have disabled me from truly connecting with my outer shell. I have been on testosterone for 7, going on 8 years, but have always been adverse to surgery. As I approach 26, I know it is time to make a change and finally give myself the self-love I have always fought for, dreamed of, and deserved. It's time to stop living my own life on the sidelines. My goal in raising this money is to not only help with the cost of surgery, but to also aid in the recovery itself.
