I was placed on intermittent leave in January. I have spent the past 8 months going to the Dr's and trying to get my health where it needs to be so I can work a regular FT schedule again.

<div>During this time, I have also been experiencing extreme pain trying to stand and walk. I recently found out I have <strong>"stenosis" from a broken back that I need surgery to cast it up and fix it.</strong> So, it has been hard regulating my emotions as my life has had many changes and losses also. For the past month I have been taking care of my Mental Health 6 Days a week 6-7 hours a day which has been very intense and overwhelming<strong>.</strong> I still have bills and only had 2.5 weeks left of PFML due to being in the hospital in January and in and out of Dr's appointments trying to find out what was going on before now. So, I have exhausted all those resources. I will need to be recovering for about 3 months Dr is stating. It will take closer to a year for me to be totally healed and feeling normal. I do not want to have to stress after surgery about possible notices. I have never been able to focus on my Mind, Body, and Soul which I will need to in order to return to work in later Mid to late December.
