Series of unfortunate events

Finding myself crushed financially... saved all I could to move from Massachusetts to Alabama in June to be with the man I love and will marry... since then, unexpectedly broke my heel bone. My insurance in Massachusetts covered nothing, and as I waited for my college transfer to go through, I found myself completely uninsured. I purchased a hands free crutch so that I could at least work part time (my job is on my feet) and pay upfront charges for the medical bills. My sweetheart has taken over all house bills since also. I have only just begun to walk a bit however it has been 4 months and with hospital bills I am covered in debt. I find myself here because today I found out I need 4 root canals, due to terrible dentistry just about 2 years ago.... 2 of which need doing immediately because of pain. I've entered into a very high payment plan as that is the only plan available to me and can only get work done as I pay. The other 2 root canals are what terrify me... I have an abscess above them that has now infected both teeth and I am scared the infection will spread into my bloodstream if it has not already. They gave me antibiotics but I know the danger is still present, and they urged me to do all 4 right away, but it's impossible. I will be attended Calhoun Community College in January, as a transfer student from Massachusetts... with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Education. I am continuing to search for more work so that I may get this taken care of as soon as possible. Anything helps, and is much appreciated...by myself, my family and my loved ones. Thank you.
