Help Baby Mason and his Family

I’ve started this GoFundMe in the hopes of raising money to help my fiancé’s daughter and her husband with a pregnancy/medical emergency. My fiancé’s daughter went into labor almost 3 weeks early this past Friday and drove herself to the hospital in excruciating pain, having contractions 2 minutes apart and in a literal blizzard in northern Arizona. Yes, it snows here. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the hospital, her uterus broke open and was immediately taken into surgery. She lost nearly half her blood mass and the baby was without oxygen for 7 minutes. He was resuscitated but was without adequate care due to the weather conditions. They were going to airlift him down to Phoenix Children’s Hospital but the weather prevented it. Then they were going to plow the roads for an ambulance but were unable to make that happen as well. Had to wait until the next morning to get him airlifted here to Phoenix so he is here now and my finance and I and an amazing close family friend were able to be there with him today, Saturday. Unfortunately, my fiancé’s daughter won’t be released until Sunday morning after healing from her trauma. They live 3 hours from Phoenix and will have to drive themselves down here. While my fiancé and I and the family are going to help however we can, they are still going to need assistance. Her and her husband will not be getting compensated from their respective jobs while they are here at the hospital with the baby. We are hoping to raise as much money as we can to help support them with gas money, food, medical bills and whatever else they will need while he is here. We don’t want them to worry about anything but being there for baby Mason Lane. He’s had a couple seizures and is in the NICU and we don’t know how long he will be there. Still awaiting test results and we will update as they come and we could really use all your prayers right now. He’s such a beautiful baby boy and we just don’t want his mommy and daddy to worry about anything other than being by his side through this. He also has an adorable 1 year old big brother that can’t wait to play with him. They are a young couple mature beyond their years and amazing people and parents who we are all extremely proud of.
