3374 Bethel Church Rd, Camden, TN Tornado Relief

Donation protected
John and Jannette Holmes moved to Camden about three years ago and finished a home that had been started on top of a hill at the end of a long driveway off Bethel Chapel Road, less than a mile from where Ballard Road comes out on the road.

A tornado tore through their property early morning, Tuesday, March 3, 2020. John and his wife were in bed when the storm got to their house. He remembers coming out of the bathroom but nothing after that.

“Whatever happened, it took my home off its foundation and scattered everything in it,” Holmes said. “That’s my house in the trees over there.”

Unfortunately, the house and garage are completely destroyed and salvage operations are limited to local volunteer teams. National level disaster relief functions are limited due to activity in the Nashville area.

We are looking for support to cover displacement costs and to support the clean-up of the property. Thank You!
