Surgery for Bones

Donation protected
Cameron and Nicole, two recent college graduates were finally able to adopt a puppy. Their puppy, a Doberman named bones, is the most loving creature imaginable. All he wants to do is play with people and cuddle. Recently, however, Bones has not been doing so well and the doctors were finally able to find the issue, Portosystemic Shunts. This condition makes it nearly impossible for Bones to fully process his food, or sort out any toxins. Bones has stopped growing and lost a considerable amount of energy. His ailment can be fully fixed with surgery. This surgery requires the use of very expensive equipment (min $9,000), and he continuously needs more tests before the procedure can take place. Surgery is unfortunately the only fix to give Bones a chance at a long healthy life. The couple is working very hard to be able to pay for the procedure. But as it is extremely difficult to find grants, or secondary jobs in the current pandemic the cost is looking to be unbearable for the young couple. They would never ask for help, which is why I have created this page. They love this puppy more than anything, so any bit or share truly does help Bones get the happy life that he deserves.
