33 year old father, fighting cancer

My husband was diagnosed with bowel cancer on the 8th of October 2019 at the age of 33. He recently received an apprenticeship as a painter which is something he has always wanted to do. Whilst his boss has been very understanding of the diagnosis, my husband only has a week of leave due to starting the apprenticeship four months ago. This means we are going to lose his income whilst he is receiving treatment, which will make it difficult to financially support our three children, aged 12, 9, and 2 - not to mention the added cost of medical bills. He has always been a great Dad and husband, and nothing has ever been too hard for him to do. But in saying that, I have watched him go from a healthy 33 year old weighing 96 kg at 6'2 down to 70kg over the course of 3 months. Despite this, he never stopped. He still got up at 5am every morning for work, came home to play and love our 3 kids, and helped me clean around the house. I, myself, have four prolapsed discs in my L3, L4, L5, and S1 so some days are extremely hard for me to clean the house. Despite his own ill health, he has continued to be a huge support for me and our children. We wouldn't normally do something like this as we have never been people to ask for things. In this case, it is so very different. Any help would be great and very much appreciated. Please help me raise money for not only my husband, but for our children too. Kind regards, the Aitken family.
