 Living with celiac disease means every meal can feel like a minefield. I know the fear of cross-contamination, the hours spent reading labels, and the loneliness of missing out on shared meals. I am taking on FARE’s 33 Miles Challenge to turn those daily struggles into action and to stand for everyone who faces life-changing food restrictions.

 As I walk, run, and move my 33 miles, I will carry the stories of people who need better options, clearer education, and stronger protections. FARE’s work in research, education, and advocacy gives hope to families like mine by improving safety, advancing treatments, and creating more inclusive spaces to eat and live without constant fear.
