Mojo needs surgery

This is my friend, Mojo. He was an abandoned cat, when found he was in bad condition with lots of scratches and abscesses, and a badly infected eye. The lady who found him has a male cat, and this boy doesn’t have good chemistry with other cats.

I offered him a loving home for life.

The infection in his left eye comes back the moment I stop placing drops in it, it never stops. I brought him to the vets, and I came home with sad news. He has a deformed eyelid, medication will never have a lasting affect, his eyelash and fur scratches his eye when he blinks; only surgery will help him.

I’m not in a financial position to pay for this surgery right away; if all goes well, I may afford it within the next two months. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place, I have to watch my friend deal with this discomfort, and I can’t do anything about it... eventually the drops will be ineffective.

I’m not too proud to say, that I would accept help in this matter, if anyone thinks they can help.
