My brain surgery at U of Miami

A was diagnosed with a brain malformation late in 2012. This malformation has led to a spinal disease called syringiomyelia. The malformation is called a chiari malformation. It has been diagnosed as severe because of the accompanying spinal disease. More info about my condition can be found at www.conquerchiari.org. Info about syringiomyelia can found on the googlea and Wikipedia has a great section about it. I have a chiari decompression surgery scheduled june 25th to fix the malformation in my brain. My family doesn't have much money and the out of pocket expenses are more than what I can afford. My symptoms are worsening day by day and I need to get this done soon.
