<div>After three years of dedication, I'm excited to announce my most significant project yet, focusing on my struggles with mental health, my upbringing in Hip-Hop culture, and the role of the Breaking community in my life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a long-time member of the Breaking community, I share my perspective on the art form's history and evolution. But more importantly, I discuss how my life experiences and the Breaking community helped me overcome mental health challenges.

<div>I hope "These Are The Breaks" inspires readers to see the power of art and the role of community in promoting mental health and well-being. Let's bring the power of Hip-Hop culture to a broader audience and share the beauty of 'breaks' in dance, music, and life.
