30th Birthday Soberstock Donation Thingy

Hello, friends and family and other people!

February 25th is my 30th birthday, and the only thing I want for my birthday is to be able to go to Soberstock, which is the 3rd weekend in March.

My fiancé and I are currently saving up for a move to a new home in May. I would normally pay for Soberstock tickets myself, but this year I’ve decided not to go that route because the move will be costly and I’m trying to be a semi-financially responsible adult (whatever that means).

With my birthday coming up, I’m asking for donations towards my Soberstock tickets (for myself and my fiancé who missed out on the event last year).

I also (God willing) will celebrate 3 years sober on March 5th, and Soberstock is always my way of celebrating that. It’s my favorite weekend of the whole year.

If my goal happens to somehow maybe possibly be reached, any leftover funds would go right into savings for the deposit on our new home.

My pride normally keeps me from asking for help on things like this, but heck: I’m turning 30! So no presents. Just camping.
