Thailand!
......... Not Kenya...


This summer has been crazy and really awesome all at once! While I was originally planning to head to Kenya with Harvey Baptist Church - God had other plans. Proverbs 16:9 "The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps".

Because my ticket to Kenya had already been purchased and couldn't be moved to another missionary, I could either use it elsewhere at another time or let it go to waste. I feel that God has provided that airfare for a reason and after exploring ministry opportunities He has opened doors in Thailand.

I have previously traveled to Thailand to work with Brittan family as they operate a dairy and train up local bi-vocational pastors. This year I will again partner with Narrow Gate Farm Asia on mission to the Thai People! This trip will focus on farm work (daily chores, expansion, and discipleship), teaching English, and disciple making :)





Recently one of the mountain villages has opened the door for a local pastor to come and teach English - who I may get to join. This is a huge praise as the village is primarily animists and do not believe in or have heard of the ONE true God. This region is also recovering from raising drug crops. While they now export coffee not heroine - most of the village uses to some degree.

I am looking for partners to support me as I go. God's word never returns void, but my words - spoken without the Spirits anointing - are powerless. I need your prayers as I prepare for this trip.

Pray
~That God would break my heart for the people of Thailand and Pha Hii Village
~That God would draw me near to Him and fill me so that He can move freely in my life
~That God would prepare the hearts of the people to be open to talking with foreigners and to the Gospel
~That all the details will get worked out as I am traveling and booking on my own
~That funds will be raised in a timely manner
~For safety in travels and as I am on the ground

As I prepare to go there is a time crunch to raise funds. While the cost is still in the works it should be around $3,500. The ticket has already been purchased so everything now will go towards a visa, insurance, room and board, and other expenses. Every little bit helps! Please help out in by joining with me in sharing the Gospel in Thailand!
