Susan Yeadon's Life

The past few weeks have been the worst. There  is no way to sugar coat it.  I keep myself focused on what needs to be done and keeping my positive spirit no matter what is being thrown in my path.    We are all on borrowed time..... Make every moment count.

First of all I want to thank each and everyone that has been there, a phone call,  text, mssage, a ear to hear, a shoulder to cry on, and those of you who just reached out to just come see me to hug me!  WOW!  I am blessed with lots of love around me and my mother!!! Every prayer and words of encouragement have touched my heart as well as my family.   It has not gone unnoticed!!! I apologize if I have not got back to everone...... I can not explain how we are forever grateful for you!!   so many out puring of you keep asking what you can do to help....... I decided to set up this go fund me account....... 

As most of you that know us know that in April of 2012, my mom, Susan Yeadon went into the hospital for stomach pain. She went through a long 6 hour surgery, and in the process of being in the hospital and surgery they found out she had a tumor in her colon. It was determined that she had stage 3 colon cancer.  She went into remission but the cancer came back and another round of chemo and more surgery.   She has faught a huge fight since 2012 and remained as positive as she could.  Cancer I hate you, I hate that you are winning but I trust in God .  .... its a blessing and a curse to know someone is getting close to the end . The suffering sucks but every moment is  gift and I have had some great moments in life with my mom since 2012, but thought she could beat this......

My mom, Susan was retired and on a fixed income.  My sister who lives with her with her two children depend on her.   I am doing this because people keep asking what they can do, please if you  can donate any amount to help with the celebration of life we are planning and to help with expenses for my sister and her children, Paige and James, while we work through this drastic change in our lives.......  My mom would want them to be secure in life and I made a promise to her to make sure they are taken care of.
