<div>English: Hello, my name is Omar. Uploading an after picture of my loose skin is extremely uncomfortable for me since it's the one thing that I'm the most self-conscious about. After losing 305 pounds on my own, without weight-loss surgery, I have been left with a massive amount of loose skin which has adversely affected both my physical health (sores, limited mobility, chaffing, back pain) and mental health. The excess skin weighs around 25-30 pounds, which significantly hinders my movement. Despite having achieved my weight loss goal, every day is a reminder since I must wear compression shirts and tuck my excess skin into my pants and my only wish is to feel comfortable in my own skin. I have been able to share my story on Tiktok @Gzomar and my weight loss knowledge. This has helped many reach their weight loss goals. My goal is to serve as an example for many to know that weight loss without surgery is possible. I will require multiple surgeries to remove the excess skin from my chest, arms, lower body and thighs. Even though the skin causes physical problems, it is still considered cosmetic and isn't covered by insurance.
