<div>January 2026 marks two years since I tried to take my own life.

<div>Two years since I reached a point where I couldn’t see a way forward.


</div>

<div>But I’m still here and I’m determined to turn that pain into something positive.


</div>

<div>So in January, I’ll be taking on my biggest challenge yet:

<div>Seven days. Seven ultramarathons. 300 miles.


</div>


<div>From the Royal Automobile Club in Epsom surrey  all the way to the Harrogate Convention Centre, arriving just in time for BTME 2026.

<div><span>In January 2025 I walked 450 miles from Epsom to Glasgow in 31 days and it changed my life.</span><br />

</div>


<div>Next year, I want to push even harder to raise awareness around suicide, mental health, and the importance of reaching out before it’s too late.

<div>Along the way, I’ll be stopping at golf clubs across the country, meeting people, sharing stories, and shining a light on two causes that mean the world to me:
