In 2006, Upendo Friends School opened its doors to just 8 students. Today, it’s a thriving sanctuary of hope for over 300 children from some of the most vulnerable communities in Tanzania, East Africa.

These aren’t just numbers. These are 300 young lives being transformed, children who would otherwise be left behind, now given the chance to walk into a classroom instead of walking miles for water.

For kids living in poverty, education like this isn’t just important. It’s revolutionary.
