<div>MCBC National Three Peaks Challenge for CALM - 31st May / 1st June
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I've made the slightly impulsive decision to do the 3 peaks challenge at the end of May... Organised by Molson Coors and raising money for CALM, who work to prevent suicide across the UK please donate if you can !!!!

</div>
<div>This year, Molson Coors Beverage Company is taking on one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges — the legendary National Three Peaks. In a single push, we’ll summit the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), and Wales (Snowdon). Three countries. Three summits. Twenty-four hours. One enormous test of physical and mental resilience. The N3P isn’t just a climb — it’s a journey. It’s an opportunity for each of us to step outside our comfort zones, support one another, and experience some of the UK’s most breathtaking landscapes. But more importantly, it’s our chance to stand together for a cause that matters deeply.

</div>
<div>Why CALM?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every week, 125 people in the UK take their own lives — and 75% of them are men. That’s not just a statistic. Those are brothers, sisters, parents, friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) exists to change this. They offer life-saving services, run crisis support lines, and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide. Their work changes lives. Their work saves lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We want to be part of that change.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our Goal
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Combined our target is to raise c. £12,000. My aim is to personally raise £300 for CALM. With 20 walkers and a dedicated support crew behind us, we’re aiming to make a meaningful contribution that will help CALM continue their fight against suicide across the UK.

<div>How You Can Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation — big or small — will genuinely make a difference. It fuels CALM’s critical services, supports those in crisis, and helps us reach the summit(s) with purpose.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can’t donate, sharing our page or spreading the word is just as powerful.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, We Climb So Others Don’t Have To Struggle Alone
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting us, supporting CALM, and supporting anyone who needs to know they’re not alone.
