3 Peaks Challenge


Our close friend and family, Sam Howells.

We are raising money as unfortunately we have lost a very close friend and family member due to mental health issues. Sadly he couldn’t deal with his demons and died aged just 27.

He was an amazing brother and son to Tegan, Sally and Rob, and a very good friend to many. We, Tegan, Joe, Ryan, Gareth, Matthew and Ryan, are completing the national 3 peaks challenge within 24 hours in June 2019 for charity around his next birthday. Trowel had been battling with mental health for the majority of his life so for this reason we have decided to raise money for the charity MIND.

Mind is a charity that helps provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Because of Mind, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to their information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales.

We would be hugely grateful for any donation to help support our fundraising efforts. All donations will be sent directly to Mind in aid of our attempt to raise as much as possible to support people with such hidden issues.

Sams family, friends and everyone involved with the charity would hugely appriciate it if you could support us by donating however little or large!
