3 large dogs mauled our 2 puppies

We need some help to raise enough money for our small 1 year old Jack Russell x Fox Terrier pup on life support after being mauled by 3 dogs in our own backyard yesterday.
Please read below for our story:
At 1:50PM yesterday, I pulled up into my driveway and heard a barking and growling, about 10 seconds later, I saw 3 large dogs leaping over my fence coming from the backyard to the front yard..They were messy and had wet faces, And first I thought they were stray dogs and tried to get them off our property but they didn't want to leave. It took a good 5 minutes to finally get them away (photo attached of 3 big dogs) As I went to check on my small dogs, I opened the laundry door which connects to our backyard and found blood on the floor and on the walls. I frantically went search for my pups and found our dog lucky (male) hiding in the corner of our house shaking and badly wounded with large scratch marks across his neck and the female pup (lady) bleeding heavily from the neck in our laundry. Lady managed to crawl through the dog flap and into the laundry where she was left to bleed out, Lady is in critical condition at the emergency vet as she has a deep puncture wound on her jugular vein and other bites all over her body. All wounds are consistent with a bigger dog attacking her. She also needs a blood transfusion and we're hoping to god she will make it out alive as she has been in and out of consciousness with very low blood pressure. Our other dog lucky has a swollen neck and is finding it difficult to breathe and can't walk at the moment due to an bites on his paw and all over his body. We have located the owner after seeing a post of his 3 dogs missing on the Canberra lost pet database. The owner of the dogs is not cooperating with us now after initially he said he would and helped us with a deposit which he has argued with the vet and police in which he is cancelling the deposit after his dogs were returned to him from animal services as he believes he and his dogs are not responsible, even after our neighbours reported the 3 dogs attacking ours and us sending him the photo and explaining what happened. He told us he won't help us and he believes his dogs came to watch the fight occur but did not participate. His 3 dogs are still free to live and roam around as they please whilst ours can barely breathe. We are good and honest people, with lovely small Jack Russell x Fox terriers. Please help us save our dog. This could happen to you or anyone in their own backyard. Please make sure your dogs are always secure and safe from being attacked. Even something small would help our dogs greatly, no dog deserves to go through this.
