<div>Desde hace varios años, el remo es mi gran pasión y ya me he ganado el título de campeona de Asturias. Este deporte no solo está marcando mi vida, ¡sino que me ha enseñado a ir siempre más allá de mis propios límites!

<div>Entreno con el Club de Remo de Corvera, un lugar donde cada jornada me reta y me llena de satisfacciones. Tengo, además, la suerte de entrenar con auténticos cracks, Alberto y Rubén, dos olímpicos que además de experiencia, aportan paciencia, dedicación y amor por lo que hacen. Y Alfredo Domínguez, una leyenda del remo con más de 40 años de experiencia y una figura clave en la Federación Española de Remo. ¡No podría estar en mejores manos! con ellos, estoy aprendiendo que el remo es mucho más que un deporte; es una forma de vida.

<div>Quisiera compartir mi pasión con el mundo entero, especialmente con aquellos que no tienen las mismas oportunidades que yo. He descubierto que en Guinea Ecuatorial, el remo no cuenta con los recursos necesarios, ¡y quiero cambiar eso! Me puse en contacto con José Salvador, el presidente de Guinea Ecuatorial de Remo, y me enteré de que allí no tienen ergómetros, un equipo esencial para entrenar técnica y fuerza.

<div>Mi objetivo es claro: recaudar 2500€ para comprar dos ergómetros (desgloso el coste más abajo) y enviarlos al Club de Remo de Guinea Ecuatorial. Además, quiero viajar hasta allí para enseñarles a usar los equipos y transmitirles todo lo que he aprendido. Sé lo fundamental que es este aparato en el entrenamiento porque, además de permitir mejorar la técnica, ayuda a desarrollar la fuerza física, incluso sin tener acceso a agua.

<div>Mi sueño es que estos ergómetros les den a los futuros remeros de Guinea Ecuatorial la oportunidad de entrenar de manera más efectiva, de disfrutar del remo y, quién sabe, ¡quizá en un futuro verlos en los más grandes escenarios deportivos!

<div>For several years, rowing has been my great passion and I have already won the title of champion of Asturias. This sport is not only marking my life, but it has also taught me to always go beyond my own limits!

<div>I train with the Corvera Rowing Club, a place where every day challenges me and fills me with satisfaction. I am also lucky to train with real geniuses, Alberto and Rubén, two Olympians who, in addition to experience, bring patience, dedication and love for what they do. And Alfredo Domínguez, a rowing legend with more than 40 years of experience and a key figure in the Spanish Rowing Federation. I couldn't be in better hands! With them, I am learning that rowing is much more than a sport; it is a way of life.

<div>I would like to share my passion with the whole world, especially with those who do not have the same opportunities as me. I have discovered that rowing in Equatorial Guinea is under-resourced, and I want to change that! I contacted José Salvador, the President of Equatorial Guinea Rowing, and found out that they do not have ergometers there, an essential piece of equipment for training technique and strength.

<div>My goal is clear: raise €2500 to buy two ergometers (the cost is detailed below) and send them to the Equatorial Guinea Rowing Club. I also want to travel there to teach them how to use the equipment and pass on everything I have learned. I know how essential this equipment is in training because, in addition to allowing you to improve technique, it helps develop physical strength, even without having access to water.

<div>My dream is that these ergometers will give future rowers in Equatorial Guinea the opportunity to train more effectively, to enjoy rowing and, who knows, maybe in the future to see them on the biggest sporting stages!
