3 broken ankles, you're out

I have broken my left ankle three times between 1973 and 1993. I am now 64 and until two years ago I had never had any problems . Went to Dr December of 2016 to discuss options, as my ankle was started to lock up and I could not walk. I am a professional pet sitter and dog walker. I waited until now to have surgery and on a $40,000 dollar fee my insurance wanted to pay $1,600.00. In first part of Feb 2018, I tore a tendon in the left foot. I am now on crutches for 6 weeks with nearly no income for that 6 weeks. I have some savings, but no where close to enough. I need help desperately. I had surgery March 26, 2018.
