Brendan Ruslan was adopted to the USA from an orphanage in Ukraine at age five. His adoptive family had one birth child at the time of his adoption in 2002. In the next three years the family grew to four children. Adoption is an expensive complicated process. During this time of multiple paperwork done in a foreign country, heIs appplication for citizenship was overlooked. HeIs now 23 and has held a lot of part time low paying jobs. For several years he has tried to get a government public safety job but cannot do so without his citizenship he’s a hard worker who is well liked by his employers. Getting citizen ship is still a complicated and expensive proposition please help this worthy young man to accomplish his wish to serve the public in a public service safety job. I am his grandmother. And I thank you in advance for any help you can give.
