Please help our family keep our home

This is my older sister she has prader-willi- syndrome. She has been through a lot in her life.In the past 3 years she has been in the hospital 6 times due to various problems including a fractured hip which left her wheel chair bound a fractured ankle also she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and failing kidneys.
. This time she is not doing as well as we hoped she is not able to get rid of the c02 in her lungs so she now has to wear a cpap everytime she sleeps. She also has congestive heart failure and is retaining fluid on her lungs and her extremeties because of it . Our family has gone through a lot lately my dad was diagnosed with early onset ahlzhiemers last June and because of this my mom had to quit her job because he was the one that would take care of my sister while my mom worked.I work two jobs and help out as much as i can i also have 2 brothers that live at home also. In 2012 we lost our home of 17 years to foreclosure due to my dad not being able to work anymore. We were fortunate enough to be able to move 2 doors down to my grandmothers house since she is in a nursing home but now this house is going to be sold at auction if my family doesn't come up with $11,000.00 by june 30th for back property taxes owed.Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated I don't know where we will live if we lose this house. We're trying to sell all our vehicles and our trailer because this little angel deserves to live in a home with her loving family. Not some facility.
