Campaign for Jeff Reif

We are starting this campaign in support of our cousin, Jeff Reif, in his fight against brain cancer.
Jeff grew up in Endicott, New York, and is a 1980 graduate of Union Endicott High School. Immediately following high school, Jeff enlisted in the military where he proudly served for 26 years. He retired in 2005 as a Senior Chief in the United States Navy on submarine duty and was honorably discharged in 2006. The medals and awards that hang in his home have stories behind them that one can only imagine. Jeff has immense pride in each of these accomplishments, and has made sacrifices for our country that we will never even know about. He moved back to Endicott following his retirement, and has been enjoying his time with Phyllis, his wife of 32 years, and their daughters and grandchildren.
As many of you know, just 6 weeks ago, at the young age of 53, Jeff was diagnosed with a Grade 4 brain tumor. He has undergone tests, procedures, multiple stays in the hospital and intensive radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Unfortunately, despite Jeff’s most courageous fight, the tumor has not responded at all to treatment. While there is nothing more that the doctors can do for Jeff, we can still help him and Phyllis as they face mounting medical bills and an uncertain future. It is our hope that through this Campaign, we can show our unending support for Jeff and Phyllis and their family.
Jeff and Phyllis are the salt of the earth. They are truly good people who, in the face of terrible news, have found the strength and courage to fight against this terrible disease. They have built an amazingly strong family and have found strength in their faith over these last several weeks. Jeff has done so much for each and every one of us, and it is now our turn to give back to him and Phyllis for their many years of sacrifice.
We thank you in advance and are eternally grateful for any donation that you can offer. Donations will go directly to Jeff and Phyllis for their medical bills and expenses that may arise in the coming weeks and months. We ask for continued prayers and positive thoughts for Jeff and Phyllis as they continue the biggest battle of their lives.
