"EPIC" ADVENTURE TO ECUADOR

This coming Fall, September 2013, a team of 11 adults from Epic Christian Church are planning to travel to Tosagua, Equador. Due to the injustices of the distribution of wealth in Equador, close to four million Equadorians, that's about thirty-five percent of the population, live in poverty. Another seventeen percent are vulnerable to poverty. One and a half million Equadorians live in extreme poverty and cannot meet their nutritional requirements, even if they spend everything they have on food. Poverty is higher in rural areas like Tosagua. This team of 11 adults will be traveling there to assist Mt. Olivios church (a local church in Tosagua we have partnered with in that community) in anyway possible we can. This team will be doing things such as helping to build or finish new structures, engaging with the locals, mingling with the children, and ensuring that Mt Olivios church is equipped and ready to help spread the Love of God to their community. The money being raised is in support of the work our team will be doing while on this missions trip.
