This year has been difficult for many, and plenty can be said on what we have been put through as a planet. Hope, compassion, faith and resilience have all been put to the test, but are the things we must continue to hold on to.
Meet Uli, a Microbiology student in her third year at the University of Manitoba. She had some trouble this year and quickly learnt she would be unable to pay her tuition fees this year. She attempted to apply for a student loan, but being an international student, was not able to get one. This reality put her in tough position with no resolution in sight.
Uli is truly special. She is kind hearted and always puts people's needs before her own. She omits positivity and tries to see the good in not only everyone but everything. Let us prove to her she is right to think that way as her spirit is being shattered by the harsh reality of her tuition fees situation.
After brainstorming and searching for solutions, we opted to assist her by putting this together for her. We hope to raise the money she needs to pay for tuition and continue on her journey in the faculty of Science. With your help, we can champion Uli on her journey.
